Our Process

  1. Submit Your Request
    Send an email to ANNAFERA with your preferred dates, package selection, and any initial details about your session.

  2. Confirm Your Session
    Once your request is received, we’ll check availability and provide a confirmation. Select the package that best fits your needs to secure your booking.

  3. Finalize the Details
    Within 24-48 hours of booking, your photographer will reach out to confirm the start time, photo route, and any special requests.

  4. Session Day
    Arrive 15 minutes early to meet your photographer, discuss your vision, and enjoy a seamless and engaging photo session.

  5. Photo Delivery
    Receive a link to your professionally edited photo gallery within 5 business days, ready to download and share.

  We providing retouching services for an extra fee. Starting price $14.99 per photo. (Skin smoothing, Wrinkle,Acne,Blemish, Unwanted Object Removal, Light Slimming & Adjusting Lighting )

Transportation can be provided by Uber or taxi at your own expenses.

Clients are responsible for looking up and obtaining any necessary permits and paying all location fees, including photographer admission.

Photo Editing Policy Your digitals gallery will be lightly edited, basic color correction .It does not include photoshop. Photoshop available for an additional fee.

 

Weather policy Annaferaphotography works rain or shine, so if you are not willing to be photographed in rain, please monitor the weather and cancel your session by deadline to avoid late cancellation fee. ( please read Cancellation Policy )

 

Lateness Policy Strongly recommend to arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you are late, annaferaphotography will work for the remained of your allotted session timeframe. No show- no refund.

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS Photo shoot bookings may be cancelled according to the following provisions:   Photo shoots cancelled immediately after confirmation through 15 days before the shoot date will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.    Photo shoots that are cancelled 14 days prior to the date of the shoot will receive a 50% refund.    Photo shoots cancelled within 13 days through 24 hours prior to the photo shoot booking date will receive no refund. If the client does not show up for the session, no refund will be granted.  To request cancellation of a photo shoot please contact us through our contact information.

Frequently Asked Questions

 How will I receive my photos?

​     All photos are edited for light, color, sharpness and delivered in a private online gallery where you can download your favorite photos in high-resolution jpg format. You should receive an email with your photography gallery link within five business days.

 

How far in advance I should book my photo session?

     We’ll do our best to accommodate any last-minute bookings, but to ensure you get your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least 1 week in advance

What if I am running late?

    Please text or email us if you are delayed. If you arrive late, keep in mind photographer may have another shoot booked right after, and it’s unlikely your shoot can be extended (although it’s always possible, so please ask!).

What if the weather is bad?

      We work rain or shine, so if you are not willing to be photographed in rain, snow or other various elements, please proactively cancel your session before three days prior to your scheduled shoot to avoid being charged. If the weather conditions are treacherous or dangerous, you can re-schedule or we will issue a full refund.

 How do we get to each location?

   Transportation can be provided by Uber or taxi at your own expenses.

​

 Are you able to split photo tour into multiples days?​

  No. Photo Tours are single day only.

 Locations that require admission fees? 

Clients are responsible for looking up and obtaining any necessary permits and paying all location fees, including photographer admission.

  

  Note: Shoots outside city centers may be subject to a small travel fee.
