    We want you to love your order! Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your item. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

    1. No Returns or Exchanges

    All products are custom-printed specifically for you, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check the product details and size before completing your purchase.

    2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to help! Please contact us within 7 days of deliverywith the following:
    ✅ A clear photo of the issue.
    ✅ Your order number.

    Once we review your request, we will provide a replacement or refund if the issue is due to a printing error or a defective product.

    3. Wrong Size Orders

    We do not offer exchanges or refunds for ordering the wrong size, as each item is printed on demand and cannot be restocked. To ensure a perfect fit, please refer to our size chart before purchasing.

    4. Lost or Stolen Packages

    If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace orders that are marked as delivered. If your order is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

    5. Refund Policy

    Refunds are only issued for the following cases:
    ✅ Items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective (with proof).
    ✅ Wrong items received due to an error on our end.

    We do not offer refunds for:
    ❌ Buyer’s remorse or changing your mind.
    ❌ Ordering the wrong size.
    ❌ Shipping delays caused by the carrier.

    If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
